Approach

I redesigned the In Person website to enhance the user experience for flex workers aged 20 to 40 while addressing the needs of potential franchisees and clients. By developing a cohesive design system and prioritizing mobile usability, I improved key features like the application flow and job search filters.

Results

As a result, the new design significantly boosted user engagement and increased application submissions.
